Jackson Lewis Principal Kathleen McGinley Honored with 2026 Managing Partner Award

BALTIMORE, MD (June 9, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Baltimore Office Managing Principal and Office Litigation Manager Kathleen A. McGinley has been named a recipient of The Daily Record's 2026 Managing Partner Award. The award recognizes outstanding leaders in the legal and financial sectors who demonstrate vision, integrity and measurable impact within their organizations and communities. Kathy was recognized during The Daily Record's Managing Partners Awards celebration on June 9, 2026, in Linthicum, Maryland.

"Kathy is a highly respected leader within our firm and the Baltimore legal community," said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. "She brings sound judgment, a strong commitment to client service and a practical approach to leadership. Kathy advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including compliance, policy development, workforce management and complex employment decisions. An experienced litigator, she regularly represents employers in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies in disputes involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other employment-related issues.

Kathy joined Jackson Lewis in 2015 and became a principal in 2021. Since assuming leadership roles within the Baltimore office, she has focused on fostering collaboration, mentoring attorneys, and delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions for clients.
