Eve R. Keller is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of workplace legal matters, including preventive advice and counseling. 

As a seasoned litigator, Eve regularly represents colleges and universities, medical facilities, and businesses of all sizes in front of state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition to her litigation practice, Eve is experienced in conducting pre-suit employee investigations for higher education and business clients, providing training for human resources professionals and managers, and counseling employers with respect to day-to-day employment issues, including their rights and obligations under federal and state employment laws.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Eve was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm where she defended businesses and advised them on complying with wage and hour and leave laws, and federal, state and local COVID-19 vaccine mandates. She also served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.

While in law school, Eve received the Barrister’s Award for Trial Advocacy and served as an Editorial Board Member for Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Eve is a former professional ballet dancer and now enjoys supporting the performing arts.
