Christian Clark is an associate in the Jacksonville, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Christian provides employers with litigation advice and preventive counseling on all employment matters.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Christian spent two years as a clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. After working on a variety of criminal and civil cases, it was the federal employment claims regarding workplace harassment, disability and religious discrimination, and wage and hour disputes that led to him focusing his practice on labor and employment issues.

While in law school, Christian served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review and as a member of the school’s national moot court team. These experiences helped him develop valuable skills as a writer, advocate, and counselor.

When companies need to create employee handbooks and policies, investigate workplace procedure, defend against legal actions, or anything in between, Christian is equipped for the task.
