Darcy L. Jones is of counsel in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Darcy is an accomplished trial lawyer with experience helping companies navigate thorny trade secret cases and complex IP issues which often have an employment component. She has worked to gain critical experience in many industry sectors including computing, telecommunications, automotive technology, and pharmaceuticals.  

Despite her willingness to go head-to-head with an adversary, Darcy is equally passionate about building partnerships of trust and confidence with her clients. She understands that a lawyer-client relationship does not exist solely in the context of a litigation but develops by way of communication and transparency. She places paramount importance on understanding her clients’ businesses, their goals and tolerance for risk.
