Drew M. Fryhoff
Drew M. Fryhoff is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Drew’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Drew’s litigation practice includes defending employers against single- and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, unequal pay, and wrongful termination actions. Drew has significant experience litigating in federal and state court, as well as in the arbitration context, and also navigates administrative and mediation proceedings for employers. Additionally, Drew’s practice includes preventative counseling on a broad range of employment issues, including discrimination, discipline, and the development and implementation of various personnel policies.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis in 2024, Drew was an associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment and Workforce Management practice groups of a regional law firm. In this role, Drew represented employers in all phases of civil litigation before federal and state courts, and provided preventative advice and counseling.
During law school, Drew served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law, was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society of Brooklyn Law School and received the Scholarly Journal Writing Award for the publication of his student note.
