Erik partners closely with employers to address complex workplace legal challenges, offering practical, forward looking guidance and representation informed by continuous dialogue and the ever-changing demands of the employment law landscape.

Erik's litigation practice focuses on representing employers in single- and multi-plaintiff anti-discrimination and wage and hour class and collective actions. He also regularly defends employers engaged in disputes concerning restrictive covenants, employment contracts and policies, and workplace safety laws, including the OSH Act.
