Linda J. Posluszny

Linda J. Posluszny is an associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management exclusively in all aspects of employment litigation, including class-actions, harassment, retaliation and discrimination claims, wage and hour claims and employment related torts.

Linda represents employers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, the United States Department of Labor and the New Jersey Department of Labor.

Prior to joining the firm, Linda clerked for the Hon. Joseph L. Yannotti, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. In addition, Linda worked as a paralegal for more than seven years in the in-house legal department of a major publishing company and focused her work on labor and employment issues. During law school, Linda was a managing editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
