Margaret Viator Zazulak
Margaret Zazulak is an associate in the New Orleans, Louisiana office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in litigation and advises clients on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including preventive advice and counseling.
Margaret’s practice focuses on defending employers in federal and state court involving wage and hour issues. She also handles discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
While attending law school, Margaret served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Shelly D. Dick of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. She was also the Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Energy Law and Resources, served on the student body association and was an active member of the Moot Court Board.
