Preeya Bansal is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Preeya represented both employees and employers in employment and labor related matters, including federal, state and local laws regarding harassment, discrimination, termination, as well as wage practices. She represented clients in federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies as well as in arbitration. Having this extensive experience representing both employees and employers, Preeya is able to provide a comprehensive perspective to effectively represent clients. Additionally, Preeya previously served as an arbitrator in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Preeya served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Johnathon Irvine in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, worked in the Veteran’s Law Clinic representing low-income, disabled veterans to maximize compensation and benefits received, volunteered to prepare tax returns for low-income individuals and trained Chester County teenagers to serve as jurors, judges and attorneys.
