Tiffany E. Alberty is an associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing healthcare and hospitality employers in workplace law matters, before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies.

Tiffany is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. She represents employers in various employment and labor matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, the ADA, and CADA. She also assists in defending clients against general negligence and invasion of privacy claims.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Tiffany developed her litigation skills at a medical malpractice law firm in Chicago, Illinois, representing individuals in nursing home and hospital claims. She also handled comprehensive decedent estate and guardianship litigation. Later, Tiffany focused her skills on defending general liability claims in Denver, Colorado, handling a variety of cases, including premise liability, first amendment, construction defect, and complex litigation.

While attending the University of Illinois Chicago Law School, Tiffany served as a digital editor for the Review of Intellectual Property Law (“RIPL”) and was published in 2016 for her article about mass copyright infringement claims in the entertainment industry. Prior to law school, Tiffany worked in hospitality industry and helped open The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. 

Tiffany is an avid cyclist, who commutes by bicycle to work daily and enjoys riding her ski-bike down the Rocky Mountains.
