LOS ANGELES, CA (July 6, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Rachel D. Salvin has joined the firm as a principal in the Los Angeles office. Rachel joins Jackson Lewis from Gordon Rees and brings more than 20 years of experience in employment law and civil litigation in California.
Her addition follows the recent arrivals of Jennifer Jambor-Delgado, Leslie H. Joyner and Alexander K. Spellman to the Los Angeles office, further reflecting Jackson Lewis' strategic growth across California.

Rachel focuses her practice on defending employers in a range of litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave interference and wrongful termination. She also handles complex business disputes and regularly represents clients in class action and PAGA lawsuits, with a particular emphasis on wage and hour issues.
In addition to her litigation practice, Rachel advises employers on workplace policies and procedures, employee handbooks, management trainings, workplace investigations and labor matter consultations.
