Diana’s practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. She has extensive class action, PAGA and trial experience across the hospitality industry. She is known for her ability to connect with juries and deliver results, successfully representing employers in complex civil litigation matters. Diana earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and her B.A from the University of California San Diego.
