Jackson Lewis Names Ryan P. Lessman and Patricia Anderson Pryor Client Solutions Leaders

NEW YORK, NY (July 13, 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Ryan P. Lessman and Patricia Anderson Pryor have been appointed firmwide Client Solutions Leaders (CSOLs). Their newly created roles focus on overseeing and coordinating the work of the firm’s practice group leaders, industry group leaders, client services group leaders and resource group leaders.

The role held by the CSOLs is a strategic one to ensure the firm is dynamically engaged in developing and maintaining service offerings and solutions which resonate with clients and help the firm maintain and grow a strong client base. It includes developing and promoting a cohesive, client-focused narrative around the breadth of services offered by the firm.

“Ryan and Patty have served in various leadership roles, and they have been ingrained in many of the firm’s initiatives for the past several years,” said Firm Chair Kevin G. Lauri. “Their deep understanding of our operations and breadth of service offerings is an asset to the firm and our clients will greatly benefit from them as CSOLs.”

Patty is the office managing principal of the firm’s Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio offices as well as the firm’s Louisville, Kentucky office. She is an experienced litigator and has advised hundreds of companies across the country on everything from vaccine mandates, remote work challenges, and return to work policies and practices.

Ryan is the managing principal of the firm’s Denver, Colorado, and Salt Lake City, Utah offices and also serves on the Board of Directors. He practices primarily in the area of employment litigation, including representing employers against claims alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, matters involving trade secret protection, restrictive covenants and unfair competition, and various contract issues.

As CSOLs, Ryan and Patty will oversee efforts around identifying and acting on new trends and developments to ensure the firm is first to market with responsive client solutions, including working with firm leadership to create new client services groups, working groups and task forces, as needed.
