Jennifer M. Taylor is a principal in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Jennifer’s combined experience both in Big Law and as in-house counsel better position her to deliver practical, integrated solutions allowing employers to mitigate risk, remain compliant and stay ahead of the competition.

As a member of the Restrictive Covenants, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition and Transactional Services groups, Jennifer collaborates with business and human resource leaders to adapt to quickly changing local and federal employment laws, offering real-world, strategic guidance that aligns with employer objectives. She provides counsel on domestic and international labor and employment law issues, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance and risk management.

In the context of corporate transactions, she leads legal diligence teams and negotiates definitive agreements. Jennifer understands that these deals encompass many aspects of workplace law, including labor, employment, benefits and immigration, and that a balanced approach to all legal disciplines should be achieved to the client's advantage. Guiding clients through every step of the process, Jennifer also assists with the planning and execution of post-transaction legal structures, operations and integration.
