Biography

Benjamin J. Yeamans is an Associate in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Yeamans was an attorney in the Labor Relations department of Coca-Cola Refreshments, Inc., where he handled a wide range of traditional labor and employment matters.

While attending law school, Mr. Yeamans was an Articles and Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was the recipient of the Coca-Cola Refreshments Scholarship for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law. He also interned for the Honorable Allan L. Gropper, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
