Before joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Gi served as senior counsel in the employment practice group of a national full-service law firm. Her career has also previously encompassed a number of other practice areas, including bad faith litigation, commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation, and catastrophic injury litigation, where she gained second chair experience and secured numerous victories at summary judgment.

Ms. Gi is fascinated with the intersection between law and behavior and received double majors in Criminology and Psychology at the University of California, Irvine. While attending law school, she participated in the Race and Poverty journal in her study of the impact of socioeconomic class and barriers to access for legal services.
