Jaclyn M. Reinhart is an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. An experienced litigator, Jaclyn’s goal is to provide high-quality and practical advice to employers to avoid the disruption and expense of litigation, while simultaneously helping employers build the strongest defenses possible in the event that litigation becomes inevitable. Her practice includes representing employers in all aspects of workplace law.

Jaclyn focuses her practice on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and misclassification matters, in both the class action and individual action contexts, in federal and state courts, arbitration forums, and before government agencies. She also provides advice and counsel to corporate clients on these matters.

Additionally, Jaclyn conducts workplace trainings for corporate clients on various subjects, including general employment practices and liability, anti-harassment and retaliation trainings, union avoidance trainings, and best practices for supervisors, among others. Jaclyn’s ability to explain complex legal principles in easy-to-understand ways is one of her greatest strengths, making her a prime choice to lead workplace trainings.

Jaclyn is actively involved in the San Diego legal community. She has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Lawyers Club of San Diego, where she has formerly served as the co-chair for the Law Student Outreach Committee. Through her involvement with that Committee, Jaclyn founded Lawyers Club’s Mentor Connection Program, and was honored with the C. Hugh Friedman New Lawyer Award in 2022. Jaclyn frequently serves as a volunteer judge for moot court tournaments, the ABA Law Student Division Negotiation Competition, and the San Diego County High School Mock Trial Competition.

While attending law school, Jaclyn served as an Articles Editor and staff member of the Boston University Law Review, and was involved in the Stone Moot Court Competition, through which she won Best Brief as a 2L competitor and served as Student Director her 3L year. During law school, she completed a judicial externship with the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
