Jacob "Jake" Bohn is an associate in the Jacksonville, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation, representing employers in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Jackson Lewis team, Jake spent three years as a commercial litigator at an international Am Law 50 firm, where his practice focused on real estate disputes and consumer protection defense. Before attending law school, Jake spent seven years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. During his time in service Jake graduated from Ranger School, Airborne School, and Air Assault School, and completed a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operating Enduring Freedom.

Jake’s background and experience allow him to advocate for a vast array of clients in all types of workplace matters, including restrictive covenant litigation, and the defense of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims under both state and federal law. He is an aggressive litigator who has trial experience in both state and federal court.

Jake spends all of his spare time with his wife and children enjoying the Northeast Florida beaches and weather, and following the Army Black Knights, his favorite college team and alma mater.
