    James J. Panzini is the resident managing principal of the Monmouth County, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a principal in the Berkeley Heights office. He handles all types of employment litigation and counsels employers on litigation avoidance.

    James acts as lead counsel on all aspects of employment litigation, including defending claims of sexual harassment, all types of discrimination, retaliation, breach of employment contract, employment related torts.

    Prior to joining the firm James was director of complex claims for AIG Insurance.
