Biography

Jessica L. Sussman is an Associate in the Morristown, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Sussman’s practice focuses on workplace investigations and assessment of various work environments to evaluate discrimination, harassment, and diversity concerns.

She has extensive experience navigating the sensitivities which surround such investigations and assessments including how organizations address them. Ms. Sussman regularly works with clients in all industries to identify vulnerabilities with an eye towards legal compliance and “best practices.”

Ms. Sussman also provides counseling on day-to-day workplace issues and represents clients in various litigation matters, including claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and other employment related claims. Ms. Sussman has litigated matters in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies
