Biography

Joshua D. Allen is an Associate in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

While attending law school, Mr. Allen was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and a Summer Associate at Jackson Lewis. He also participated in two clinics, the Investor Advocacy Project and the Southern District of New York Representation in Mediation Practicum. As a student advocate, Mr. Allen represented pro se litigants in employment-related matters.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Allen was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
