Julia Wolf is a principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment disputes with a particular emphasis on defending class and collective actions.

Julia regularly represents clients in high-stakes class and collective action litigation including in cases arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and state wage-and-hour laws. Julia also has extensive experience defending companies from lawsuits alleging violations of the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act ("BIPA").

In addition to her federal and state litigation practice, Julia has experience handling matters before the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Julia practiced in the Chicago office of an international law firm where she represented public and private companies in complex commercial cases, shareholder suits, and government investigations.

While attending law school, Julia served as an editor of the Duke Law Journal and worked as an extern in the Appellate Division for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
