Biography

Katherine S. Bailey is an Associate in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Bailey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank P. Geraci, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

In law school, Ms. Bailey was an Executive Editor on the Editorial Board of the Michigan Law Review, and she served as a research assistant to professors at the University of Michigan Law School. She was additionally recognized for her brief-writing and oral advocacy skills in the Law School’s 92nd and 91st Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competitions and 1L Oral Advocacy Competition. Ms. Bailey also served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
