Peter H. Nohle is a principal in the Seattle, Washington, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Peter’s practice involves the regular representation of clients in state and federal court and before state and federal administrative agencies. He has first chaired over 90 class and collective actions (including over 40 wage and hour class/collective actions involving state law meal period and rest break claims). 

Peter also regularly represents clients in the defense of wage and hour audits conducted by federal, state, and local administrative agencies. Peter has represented a variety of clients in the retail, technology, and media sectors. 

In addition to his traditional employment-related litigation practice, which includes the defense of wage and hour violations, pay transparency claims, sexual harassment, discrimination, FMLA compliance, and wrongful termination actions, Peter regularly represents clients in disputes involving employee raiding issues, non-competition, and nondisclosure agreements. 

Peter’s prior practice included representing both plaintiffs and defendants in trade-secret and patent litigation actions in state and federal courts.
