Sarah McKinney

Biography

Sarah McKinney is an associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Sarah was an associate at a Philadelphia law firm where she represented health systems and hospitals in general liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice matters. While attending law school, Sarah completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, U.S. District Court Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Sarah developed her advocacy skills as a participant in Temple Law School’s trial advocacy program where she was recognized for distinguished performance. She also served as a committee chair for the Women’s Law Caucus, and as a senior student editor of the Temple 10-Q.
