Bianca M. Olivadoti

Bianca M. Olivadoti is a principal in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents both small and large clients and helps them navigate the legal challenges associated with today’s workplace.

Bianca regularly litigates a wide range of employment matters in state and federal courts as well as before various administrative agencies. Bianca focuses on cases brought under federal and state anti-discrimination, whistleblower, and leave statutes. She has extensive experience representing employers at mediations, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and trials, and, notably, participated in an eight-week whistleblower trial in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Morris County. She has also tried cases before the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges as well as in arbitral forums.

In addition to litigating employment cases, Bianca specializes in conducting internal investigations and providing business counseling to employers regarding policy development and personnel actions. Bianca also delivers interactive training programs for managers, employees, and human resource professionals on various topics, including discrimination and harassment prevention and how to properly conduct internal investigations.

While attending law school, Bianca was an associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and a member of the University of Miami International Moot Court Board, where she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Prior to her graduation, Bianca completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
