Cynthia Uduebor Washington is an Associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents management in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including cases alleging race, age, sex, veteran status, and disability discrimination; sexual harassment; workers' compensation retaliation; unfair labor practices; wage and hour violations; wrongful discharge; breach of contract; and employment-related torts.

Ms. Washington also counsels clients on how to prevent employment lawsuits and create policies that comply with federal and state labor and employment laws. Ms. Washington’s concentrations are employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and employment-related torts; and counseling on employee policies and procedures.

Ms. Washington frequently speaks on a number of employment-related topics. She has a passion for community service and is a member of several community organizations.
