Heather L. Veneroni

Heather L. Veneroni is an associate in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Heather has been with Jackson Lewis since the start of her career in law.  She handles all types of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims in both state and federal court, as well as administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and before the American Arbitration Association.   

Heather prosecutes and defends actions involving breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of confidential information and unfair competition claims in both state and federal court.  She also advises clients regarding the enforceability of their restrictive covenant agreements to ensure compliance in various states throughout the nation.
