Biography

Kelli N. Church is an Associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in the defense of labor and workplace matters in federal and state court and before various government agencies.

While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Church served as a Notes Editor for the Florida Law Review and served as a teaching assistant for a first-year section of Legal Research and Writing.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Church was an associate in the labor and employment group of a mid-sized Atlanta firm where she represented employers in a variety of labor and employment issues, including the defense of class and collective wage and hour claims, single plaintiff discrimination suits, and restrictive covenant disputes. She also regularly counseled employers on issues arising under the FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.
