Mina M. Wood is a principal in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on representing employers in all aspects of workplace law, including employment litigation and counseling. Mina has extensive experience managing nationwide client relationships, including partnering with clients to ensure they receive high-quality and efficient legal services across the country and in all practice areas.

Mina’s employment litigation practice is focused on defending employers in a broad array of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and compensation disputes. An experienced litigator, Mina has successfully defended clients in numerous litigations, arbitration hearings, and administrative proceedings. She also counsels clients on a variety of workplace issues and has experience conducting investigations into workplace disputes.

Mina is honored to serve as the leader of Jackson Lewis' MENA attorney resource group that provides opportunities for the professional development of attorneys with Middle Eastern and North African heritage, and their allies. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mina was an attorney in the New York Employment Law Department of a prominent global law firm, which she joined upon graduation. While attending law school, she was the Deane Law Library research assistant.
