Bio

Mina M. Wood is a principal in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation and counseling.

Mina’s employment litigation practice is focused on defending employers in a broad array of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and compensation disputes. An experienced litigator, Mina has successfully defended clients in numerous litigations, arbitration hearings, and administrative proceedings. She also counsels clients on a variety of workplace issues, and has extensive experience conducting investigations into workplace disputes.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mina was an attorney in the New York Employment Law Department of a prominent global law firm, which she joined upon graduation. While attending law school, she was the Deane Law Library research assistant.
