Thomas R. Chibnall is an Associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has more than 3 years of experience litigation employment matters in state and federal courts.

Mr. Chibnall represents and counsels businesses of all sizes in a variety of employment-related matters before both state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the Missouri Department of Labor the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.

Mr. Chibnall also participates in and contributes to union-avoidance campaigns and union training for corporate clients; represents and assists clients in investigations, complaints and appeals addressing environmental and work safety conditions under the federal and state Occupational Safety and Health Acts (OSHA) and regulations; assists with client immigration needs, including obtaining H-1B visas and green cards for employees; and handles matters involving discrimination, retaliation, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, contracts and more.

While attending law school, Mr. Chibnall was an editing member of the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and was a recipient of the Jackson Lewis Labor and Employment Scholarship. Also during law school, Mr. Chibnall was a judicial extern for the Hon. Gary M. Gaertner, Jr. of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Mr. Chibnall also interned in-house at a Fortune 500 Manufacturing company as well as Saint Louis University’s Office of the General Counsel.
