BTI Ranks Jackson Lewis Attorneys as Client Service All-Stars

NEW YORK, NY (April 6 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris, Brian L. McDermott and Guy P. Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Orlando office. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves as co-leader of the firm's Litigation group. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts throughout the country, Stephanie defends class and collective actions on behalf of employers and provides legal advice and counsel to help her clients navigate today’s legal and business workplace challenges. She has represented clients in more than a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts, as well as appearing before administrative juries and agencies. She participates in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings as well as AAA and FINRA.

Brian L. McDermott is the office managing principal in Indianapolis. His practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and workplace training. Brian has more than 25 years of experience representing employers in individual, class, and collective employment actions, including cases involving: the FMLA, the ADA, Title VII, the ADEA, ERISA, the FLSA, the NLRA, covenant not to compete matters, trade secret matters, state wage laws, and wrongful discharge matters. He has represented employers in federal and state courts, labor arbitrations, and administrative agencies (including the EEOC and NLRB) throughout the country. He also has represented employers before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits on multiple occasions.

Guy P. Tully is a principal in the Boston office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling management on workplace issues. Guy regularly defends employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, against claims of wrongful termination, unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment and non-compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws. He also has significant experience defending denial of benefits claims brought under ERISA.

The firm was also recently named by BTI a Powerhouse in Employment Litigation and Complex Employment Litigation, which is the third year in a row the firm has been named a Powerhouse in both categories.
