NEW YORK, NY (August 25, 2025) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Principals Kathryn Montgomery Moran, Matthew F. Nieman, Corey Donovan Tracey and Diane Windholz have been recognized as Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting Group. Client Service All-Stars are recognized for delivering exceptional client service by anticipating and fulfilling client needs, simplifying complex legal matters and demonstrating unwavering commitment.
“Our clients know they can count on Kathryn, Matt, Corey and Diane not only for their legal acumen, but also for the care and attention they bring to every matter,” said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the clients who rely on them. We are proud to celebrate their achievement.”
Kathryn, based in the firm’s Chicago office, has extensive litigation experience in individual and class action cases in state and federal courts and administrative agencies nationwide, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. She represents clients before juries, judges, administrative law judges and arbitrators. Kathryn also counsels clients on a wide variety of employment matters with a view to preventing litigation.
Matt practices in the Washington, D.C., Region office, where he represents employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment matters and as a nationally recognized resource in military leave and substance-abuse prevention. He is an experienced trial lawyer and actively involved in all phases of litigation across employment discrimination and employment-related tort and contract claims, including numerous solo trials and jury trial defense verdicts.
Corey, based in the firm’s Cleveland office, focuses her practice on providing proactive and business-oriented advice and counsel to employers, particularly those with multi-state operations, on a wide range of labor and employment issues spanning the employment lifecycle. She also has extensive experience defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation before federal and state administrative agencies nationwide.
Diane, based in the New York City office, concentrates her practice on employment litigation. She represents employers before government agencies, and in state and federal courts in matters involving claims of unlawful harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract and tort claims. She has also represented clients in appeals to the Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division. In addition to her litigation practice, Diane works closely with clients to minimize risk of litigation and conducts training on topics including harassment prevention, hiring and firing, employee discipline, discrimination and internal investigations.
Earlier this year, Jackson Lewis was listed as a Client Service Trailblazers list in BTI’s 2025 Client Service A-Team report.
