Three Jackson Lewis Attorneys Named 2024 BTI Client Service All-Stars

NEW YORK, NY (June 20, 2024) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce that Stephanie Adler-Paindiris, Ross M. Gardner and Alessandro  “Alex”  G. Villanella have been recognized by the BTI Consulting Group’s 2024 report as Client Service All-Stars. Stephanie is a principal in the firm’s Orlando office. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves as co-leader of the firm's Litigation group. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts throughout the country, Stephanie defends class and collective actions on behalf of employers and provides legal advice and counsel to help her clients navigate today’s legal and business workplace challenges. She has represented clients in more than a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts, as well as appearing before administrative juries and agencies. She participates in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings as well as AAA and FINRA. Stephanie is one of only 16 attorneys to earn this recognition for three consecutive years.

Ross is a principal in the firm’s Omaha office. He represents management in all aspects of traditional labor law and related litigation. Additionally, Ross’ practice includes a heavy emphasis on management training and desktop advice, emphasizing labor relations and maintaining an issue-free work environment. He has developed and conducted hundreds of training sessions, educating all management levels in businesses spanning diverse industry groups, including transportation and warehousing, healthcare, construction, telecommunications and food manufacturing.

Alex is a principal in the firm’s Long Island office. His practice focuses on traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration, contract administration, and representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and improper practices proceedings before the Public Employment Relations Board. Alex has represented employers in putative class and collective wage and hour lawsuits across a variety of industries and has litigated employment disputes regarding discrimination, harassment and retaliation before federal and state courts, as well as the EEOC and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
