  • Develop classification reviews, joint-employer risk mitigation, pay practices, timekeeping and labs/field roles scheduling. 
  • Advise on overtime classification for field based clinical trial monitors, vendor oversight, agreements, indemnities, salary thresholds and independent contracting issues.
