Jackson Lewis Adds Charles H. Wilson as Houston Office Managing Principal
HOUSTON, TX (June 22, 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Charles H. Wilson has joined the firm as Office Managing Principal in Houston. Charles joins the firm from Littler and has almost 25 years of experience in employment litigation.

Charles is a litigator and trial lawyer who represents companies in various complex labor and employment matters. His practice primarily focuses on claims involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour violations, whistleblowing and retaliation, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. Charles also guides employers in conducting single-employee and mass layoffs, disciplining employees, providing intermittent FMLA and ADAAA workplace accommodations, wage and hour law compliance, and conducting investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints.
