Jackson Lewis Advances in Chambers Global Legal Guide 2026, Earns Inaugural Global Recognition in Privacy And Data Security

NEW YORK, NY (February 23, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.Cannounced that it has advanced and expanded its rankings in the Chambers Global Legal Guide 2026, earning recognition in the labor and employment, business immigration and privacy and data security categories. The firm moved up in business immigration, maintained its strong standing in labor and employment and achieved its first global ranking for its Privacy and Data Security practice.

“Advancing in business immigration and earning inaugural global recognition for our privacy and data security practice are significant milestones for our firm,” said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. “These distinctions reflect the strength of our integrated approach across our Immigration, International Employment and Privacy and Data Security teams, and our continued focus on helping multinational employers navigate complex cross-border workforce and compliance challenges. We are grateful to our clients for their trust and proud of our attorneys whose dedication makes this recognition possible.”

Chambers rankings are based on extensive independent research, including client interviews and peer feedback, evaluating legal knowledge, experience and client service. Jackson Lewis’ recognition across these areas reflects its collaborative, cross-practice approach to advising employers operating in an increasingly interconnected regulatory environment.

The firm’s Immigration group, led by Otieno B. Ombok and Amy L. Peck, was recognized for the fourth consecutive year and advises employers on the full spectrum of immigration matters, including multijurisdictional compliance, litigation and strategic workforce planning. The 2026 Guide also recognized Amy, who earned individual recognition for the ninth consecutive year, underscoring her sustained leadership and trusted counsel to employers navigating complex immigration frameworks.

Jackson Lewis’ International Employment group, led by Minne Fu and John L. Sander, supports multinational clients across more than 100 countries, helping them address global labor and employment challenges. This marks the firm’s 13th consecutive recognition in labor and employment. Jackson Lewis is also a founding member of L&E Global, a network of premier labor and employment law firms with more than 2,000 legal professionals across six continents, which again earned the top ranking in the global labor and employment category.

The firm’s Privacy, AI and Cybersecurity group, led by Joseph J. Lazzarotti and Damon W. Silver, recognized globally for the first time this year, advises organizations on data privacy governance, security compliance and incident response, helping them manage evolving legal obligations and enterprise risk.
