Jackson Lewis Adds Depth to Immigration Practice Group with Addition of John A. Quinn and Kristen Heckman

NEW YORK, NY (August 2, 2017) Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the country’s preeminent workplace law firms, is pleased to announce immigration attorneys John A. Quinn and Kristen Heckman have joined the firm’s New York City office from Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP.

“John is an outstanding attorney who is highly respected in the business community for his extensive experience in business-related immigration matters,” said New York City Office Managing Principal Kevin G. John A. Quinn has experience in all aspects of immigration law, including providing comprehensive legal counsel regarding strategy, compliance, preparation of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions, appeals, I-9 issues and overall corporate policies. He focuses his practice on labor certifications, identifying and preparing visa petitions for professional athletes, asylum applications and corporate business visas.

Mr. Quinn received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from New York Law School.

Kristen Heckman has broad experience in all aspects of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including both employment based and family-based petitions.

Ms. Heckman received her B.B.A. from Hofstra University and her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
