BOSTON, MA (July 11, 2022) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Sarah B. Herlihy has rejoined the firm’s Boston office as office litigation manager and principal. Sarah was previously a partner at Arrowood LLP where she focused on complex civil litigation matters on behalf of employers and others.

“Sarah’s extensive litigation and trial experience will enhance not only our local capabilities in Boston, but our national capacity to help clients navigate complex employment law issues,” said Co-Leaders of the firm’s Litigation group Stephanie L. Sarah is an experienced litigator and first-chair trial attorney, with a long track record of successful outcomes for her clients in state and federal court as well as in private arbitration and before state and federal agencies. Her practice primarily focuses on civil employment litigation matters, and she frequently advises clients on issues concerning the theft of trade secrets, violations of non-compete agreements, discrimination claims and wage act claims.

“Rejoining Jackson Lewis was the best move for my practice and growing client base,” said Sarah. “The firm has always maintained a collaborative culture and remained committed to the growth and development of lawyers within the firm. As principal and office litigation manager, I have an opportunity to lead a team of talented and skilled attorneys while also providing exceptional client service. I am thrilled to be back with the firm.”
