Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris Recognized as a Florida Legal Award Honoree

ORLANDO, FL (May 24, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris has been recognized by the Daily Business Review's 2023 Florida Legal Awards in the Distinguished Leaders category. The Daily Business Review hosts its annual Professional Excellence Awards to recognize distinguished members of the Florida legal community in assorted areas of the law.

“During her two decades at Jackson Lewis, Stephanie has continually demonstrated her passion for leadership and outstanding client service,” said Firm Chair Kevin G. Lauri. “Stephanie’s extraordinary credentials and trial experience have been invaluable in the continued growth and mentorship of our next generation of attorneys.”

Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris is a principal in the firm’s Orlando office. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves as co-leader of the firm's Litigation group. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts throughout the country, Stephanie defends class and collective actions on behalf of employers and provides legal advice and counsel to help her clients navigate today’s legal and business workplace challenges. She has represented clients in more than a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts and has appeared before administrative juries and agencies. Stephanie participates in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings as well as AAA and FINRA.

Prior to her leadership role in the firm’s Litigation group, Stephanie served as co-leader of the Class Actions and Complex Litigation group. She has also served as co-leader of the firm’s Women’s Interest Network working alongside women attorneys and clients to advocate for women’s leadership and the expansion of all diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.S. from Syracuse University.
