Minnie also advises international clients in global mobility and immigration compliance issues including helping foreign companies strategize and plan their U.S. launch and executives and personnel transfer related needs.
Michael H. Neifach is a principal in the firm’s Washington, D.C. Region office. His practice focuses on a range of immigration, visa and border security matters. Michael has held senior positions at the White House Homeland Security Council, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Otieno B. Ombok is a principal in the firm’s White Plains office and serves as co-leader of the Immigration group. His practice focuses on advising employers on business immigration strategy, counseling and implementation. He works with clients to structure their immigration programs and develop long-term visa strategies in various industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
Amy L. Peck is a principal in the firm’s Omaha office and serves as co-leader of the Immigration group.
