NEW YORK, NY (July 15, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to highlight a key milestone in LEAD, the firm’s new leadership development program for high-performing associates. Short for Lead. Excel. Advance. Deliver., the program is designed to prepare associates for the next generation of firm leadership. LEAD’s inaugural class of 18 associates from offices nationwide began the virtual portion of the curriculum in April and recently came together for the program’s central in-person workshop experience.

“LEAD reflects our commitment to developing exceptional lawyers into exceptional leaders,” said Firm Managing Principal Samantha N. Hoffman. “By investing in our associates' professional growth early in their careers, we are strengthening our talent pipeline and positioning the firm for continued success while leaning into the development of this highly valued group of individuals.”

LEAD underscores the firm’s belief that leadership development should start well before partnership. The program combines personalized coaching, leadership training and relationship-building opportunities to cultivate future leaders by helping associates develop their leadership capabilities while expanding their professional networks across the firm. LEAD also reinforces Jackson Lewis’ commitment to attracting and retaining top legal talent, demonstrating the firm’s investment in long-term career growth.

The recent in-person training is a catalyst of the inaugural LEAD program, building on the virtual curriculum and deepening participants’ connections with colleagues and firm leaders.
