Short for Lead. Excel. Advance. Deliver., the program is designed to prepare associates for the next generation of firm leadership. LEAD’s inaugural class of 18 associates from offices nationwide began the virtual portion of the curriculum in April and recently came together for the program’s central in-person workshop experience.
