Chris Patrick is a Principal in the Denver office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He co-leads the firm’s Workplace Analytics & Preventive Strategies Practice Group, which drives the firm’s pay equity, artificial intelligence and assessment bias testing and validation, reorganizations, and related data-driven practices. He is also a core member of the firm’s Diversity Risk Counseling and Government Contractor practices.

Recognized as a national resource on pay equity strategy and pay transparency compliance, Chris integrates legal analysis, statistical rigor, and practical HR insight to help employers navigate evolving requirements and strengthen workforce decision-making. His work emphasizes privilege-protected analyses designed to reduce risk and support defensible employment practices.

Chris manages national client relationships, coordinating across legal, HR, and analytics functions to deliver consistent, scalable solutions. He also advises employers on internal investigations, compliance certifications, and Colorado employment laws, helping organizations anticipate and address risk before it escalates. Known for his practical, preventative strategies, Chris helps clients design frameworks that meet immediate compliance obligations while supporting long-term business resilience.

Chris’s work spans the full spectrum of workplace analytics and compliance, including:

  • Workforce Analytics & Non-Discrimination. Analyzing hiring, promotion, termination, and performance practices using statistical modeling to ensure consistent and compliant decision-making.
  • Pay Equity. Analyzing employer pay systems and providing legal counsel to ensure fair compensation and compliance with pay equity laws.
  • Pay Transparency. Advising on pay transparency laws and helping clients align practices with evolving disclosure requirements.
  • Diversity Risk Counseling. Counseling and risk assessment on employer diversity programs, policies, and training to align with federal and state anti-discrimination requirements.
  • Affirmative Action Planning. Designing and defending affirmative action plans under Section 503 (disability) and VEVRAA (veterans).
  • State Nondiscrimination Compliance. Counseling on state-level affirmative action and non-discrimination obligations.
  • Data Collection & Reporting Risk. Navigating conflicting state laws and risks around data collection and reporting.
