NEW YORK, NY (September 4, 2025) – Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce a series of strategic changes to its practice group structure and leadership, designed to enhance client service and reflect the evolving legal landscape.
Key Leadership Appointments and New Groups:
- Class Actions and Complex Litigation: The firm has elevated Scott P. Jang to co-lead the group alongside Eric R. Magnus.
- Mass Arbitrations: A newly formed group addressing one of the fastest growing areas in workplace litigation will be led by Amanda A. Simpson and Robert Gignilliat.
- Government Contracts and Compliance: Expanding the scope of its Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Government Contract Compliance group, the new team will provide a full spectrum of services to federal contractors. Jeremy S. Schneider and Scott M. Pechaitis will serve as co-leaders.
- Workplace Analytics and Preventive Strategies: This innovative group will leverage data insights to help clients mitigate risk and strengthen compliance. Stacey A. Bastone and Christopher T. Patrick will serve as co-leaders, supported by three specialized subgroups:
- AI and Bias Testing, led by Eric J. Felsberg
- Pay Equity, led by Laura A. Mitchell
- Workforce Restructuring, led by Jeffrey S. Brody.
Jackson Lewis is also sharpening its focus on artificial intelligence by restructuring its AI initiatives to ensure integrated support for clients who are navigating complex regulatory and ethical considerations.
- AI pre-employment assessments will now fall under the AI and Bias Testing group.
- AI policy, governance and data privacy issues will be managed by an amended Privacy, AI and Cybersecurity group, led by Joseph J. Lazzarotti and Damon W. Silver.
