Alexander S. Dahle is an associate in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Alex places paramount importance on helping clients to achieve their individual best result, whether through strategic litigation or alternative resolution efforts, no matter the workplace dispute.

He assists companies in resolving employment-related claims in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Alex has helped clients obtain positive results in both class-action and single-plaintiff litigation matters involving wage and hour disputes; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; and other contractual disagreements.

In addition to his litigation practice, Alex provides preventive counseling and compliance advice to employers regarding all areas of employment law, and he works with clients to develop and maintain sound workplace policies and practices.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Alex was an associate attorney in Albany, where he focused on private and public sector labor and employment law and litigation.

Alex’s focus on employment law began while attending law school. Alex served as a law clerk at a Rochester, New York, employment firm that concentrated on representing employees in wage and hour class actions. Alex also served as a legal intern in the litigation department at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami, Florida.
