Andrew C. Salman is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Andrew advised a state government on personnel and procurement policies and initiatives. He brings that understanding of business and operational needs to his law practice and works proactively to minimize the impact of legal issues on clients’ day-to-day operations.

Andrew is relied on by clients as a resource on matters relating to wage garnishments and other wage and hour issues across the United States. He partners with clients to ensure that payroll and human resources departments are well equipped to quickly and efficiently process garnishments and minimize employer liability and business interruptions.

While in law school, Andrew served as the executive managing editor of the Emory International Law Review. He completed semester externships with The Coca-Cola Company litigation department and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ employment law division. Andrew also worked for a number of small and mid-size litigation firms in the Atlanta area.
