Andrew J. Kozlow is of counsel in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers of all sizes in all aspects of employment law, including litigated matters, as well as advice and counseling to help avoid the cost and stress of litigation.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Andrew was a partner at a regional California law firm where he co-chaired the employment law practice group. His practice covers the full range of employment law issues, including harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Andrew also has experience in guiding employers through the ongoing challenges of wage and hour class action lawsuits and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions.

Andrew has also conducted in-house sexual harassment trainings and advised clients on amending policies, procedures and company handbooks. In addition, Andrew has been a contributor to CEB© Practitioner reference materials on wage and hour litigation.

When not navigating businesses through the maze of California employment law, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
