Andrew (“Drew”) T. Walston is an associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling relating to occupational health and safety. Drew also advises employers on best practices to limit liability exposure arising from workplace injuries.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Drew worked for a boutique insurance firm, where he learned foundational litigation skills and worked closely with national carriers to resolve defense and coverage disputes.

During law school, Drew was an articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review, became a state-certified mediator through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, and served as a court-appointed special advocate for area foster children.
