An associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., Andrew T. Will’s practice focuses on representing private employers in workplace law matters.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Andrew represented public school systems across Maryland, providing preventive advice and counseling. He has defended clients in cases involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He has also litigated a wide range of claims, including those concerning wrongful termination, teacher-student discipline, bullying, sexual harassment, and negligent supervision.

While in law school, Andrew served as a judicial extern for the Hon. George L. Russell, III, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and worked as an associate comments editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review
