Biography
Blythe C. McGregor is an associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Blythe joined Jackson Lewis as a law clerk during her final law school semester and returned full-time after graduation. Her interest in employment law began in law school and continues to drive her commitment to the success of each and every client.
During law school, she was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was recognized as a distinguished associate member. She was involved with the Domestic Violence Clinic and Human Rights Quarterly, and served as a research assistant for Professor Sandra Sperino, a distinguished labor and employment scholar. Blythe graduated in the top 15% of her class and was recognized on the Dean’s Honors List.
